CUSTOM CORRUGATED HOSE

Corrugated metal hose is manufactured by forming parallel convolutions into a thin-wall butt-welded tube. These convolutions allow for high flexibility and are used mainly in pressure and vacuum applications. 

Because corrugated metal hose tends to elongate under pressure, external braiding is available to prevent this reaction and to increase the pressure ratings of the hose. Vacuum and low-pressure applications do not require braiding. 

Our manufacturer's complete fabrication facility offers metal hose assemblies from 1/4" ID to 16" ID in stainless steel (304L, 321 and 316L), bronze, monel and inconel.
