Track Brush Cleaning Assembly PTCB-1000 — 348 Chain
Essential for cleaning overhead conveyor track, the Prestec PTCB-1000 assembly eliminates build-up that can fall upon product. This 348 Chain style is used with I-beam tracks. Installed during the sanitation shift and removed after use, it eliminates rail dust and flaking when used regularly alongside a good overhead lube program. Pivoting brush head allows for smooth operation on elevations. Simply install replacement brushes after they become worn and no longer effective.
Track Brush Cleaning Assembly PTCB-1000 — Meyn Line (Log Chain)
Designed for effective cleaning of overhead conveyor track systems, the PTCB-1000 Meyn Line assembly is built for Log Chain and is commonly used on T-rail tracks. The heavy-duty brush assembly maintains continuous contact with the track to remove dirt, debris, and buildup that accumulates during operation, helping reduce the potential for debris to fall onto product. Installed during the sanitation shift and removed after use, it eliminates rail dust and flaking when used regularly alongside a good overhead lube program. Designed to replace the previous 16-piece brush set, just 4 new-style modules are now needed for a complete replacement. Simply and easily change out worn modules to keep your track fresh and clean.
IS/OS Wheel Washers

Conveyor Lube Systems
The Prestec Sales, Inc.® Overhead Conveyor Lube System is designed to apply lube to the overhead conveyor chain. Regular usage extends the chain life and prevents rust build up.
The 16-gallon tank can be mobile or stationary. The tank is filled with lube then pressurized with compressed air to convey the lube from the tank to the overhead lube application headers.
