The Prestec Sales, Inc.™ Odor Control System (POC-2.1) is designed to eliminate offensive odors from industrial facilities using a tank-based water misting system. It features a 30-gallon reservoir that helps reduce heat buildup and improves efficiency compared to traditional systems. The system offers two modes—continuous and cycle mode—for better control over chemical use and cost. It’s VFD-driven for smooth pump operation, extending pump life by avoiding hard starts and stops. Installation is simple with push-lock fittings, and maintenance is made easier with a built-in Pump Maintenance Reminder. The Prestec Sales, Inc.™ Rotary Screen is an efficient water reclaim system that removes solids from process water using a fine mesh wedge wire screen. Built with a 12-gauge stainless steel housing and a 2-hp drive motor, it offers high solid-liquid separation for better water management and sustainability. The system uses centrifugal action to filter water through the mesh, separating particles, and discharging them out the exit end. It includes an electrical control panel for pumps, level monitoring, and safeties, along with standard tank penetrations for pump suction and overflow. Its streamlined design minimizes downtime and maintenance, reduces water usage, and features hinged lids for easy cleanup with minimal supervision required.

The Prestec Sales, Inc.™ PCF-75 Central Wall Mount Foaming Station is a stainless steel foam applicator which creates an adherent mixture with excellent dwell time. With longer dwell times, detergents are able to penetrate and break down build-up on surfaces and eliminate hand cleaning.

The PCF-75 is used in conjunction with the Prestec Central Foam System that will deliver a premixed detergent and water solution to the central foaming station or a preexisting pump-fed system. This station projects 25-30 feet allowing for cleaning at various distances.
